If you have a large amount of images that need to be sent to your online inventory at my.auctioncamera.com
Simply download a firefox plugin called fireftp from here
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/684 and connect directly to the camera to move images direct to your online inventory.
Procedure:
1. Connect the usb cable to the camera and to laptop/pc with fireftp client. A new mapped drive letter will appear like (F

RICOHDHX that represents the SD card inside the camera.
2. Select fireftp from firefox browser and connect to your auctioncamera account. To locate your ftp login from within the online application. Go to My Account-Camera Info and you will find user id and password. The ftp server is my.auctioncamera.com. Use this when configuring connection for the first time.
On source side(Left column) select browse button and select the (F

RICOHDHX drive listed under My Computer. Now drill down to the DCIM/RICOH FOLDER to see images on your camera SD card. On Target side you should default to the / directory when you log in. This is the folder where images will be transfered. Now highlight all the images on source side to be transferred to your auction camera account and click the right arrow to start transfer.
See attachment for example of this process. 3. Once images have been successfully transferred, login to your my.auctioncamera.com account and click process images button from home page.
4. Once all images have been associated to new inventory items you should delete images from the camera using trash icon button to insure duplicates are not resent.
