- Computer with internet connection (broadband speed is best) to access online application via internet browser (Explorer 7.0+ or Firefox 2.0+)
- Adobe Reader
- Avery address labels (5160) or compatible labels (first 750 included with order)
- A computer printer for printing the bar code labels
