We want to talk with you about your business so that we can help you set everything up with the goal of you using our solution right away. We will be more than happy to guide you to set up your camera, set up your account in the online Digital Inventory Manager, and provide you with a detailed walk through this hosted web application to enable you to create an ad and get it listed. In about two hours your camera and account will be all set up, you'll learn how to use this time saving solution and will be on your way to selling faster than you ever have before. It's about time! Returns Products purchased by an end user directly from Auction Camera may be returned for refund or credit in accordance with Auction Camera's then-current Return Policy, which is stated in the following subsection. Exchange Policy (U.S. Only) From time to time, Auction Camera may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. If Auction Camera elects to exchange a product or portion of a product, Auction Camera ships replacement products, shipping prepaid, if you use an address in the continental U.S. Shipments to other locations may include a shipping charge. Auction Camera may include a prepaid shipping container with each replacement product or part for your use in returning the replaced product / part to Auction Camera. For Auction Camera to ship the replacement product/part, you must provide Auction Camera with your valid charge card number (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard) with expiration date and billing address information as security for return of the replaced part. You are invoiced for the cost of the replacement part, but Auction Camera processes the invoiced amount against your charge card account only if you fail to return the replaced part within 10 days from the invoice date. If you return the replaced product / part within 10 days from invoice date, Auction Camera credits the invoice and your charge card is not charged. If you cannot provide your valid charge card number, Auction Camera ships the replacement part once Auction Camera receives the replaced product / part. To prevent damage during shipment, the replaced part must be packed in the shipping container provided and in the same manner as the replacement part that was received. You will not receive credit on the invoice for a return if the replaced part is damaged due to improper packaging. You accept full responsibility for your software and data. Auction Camera is not required to advise or remind you of appropriate backup and other procedures. Replacement parts may be new or reconditioned. The warranty term for a replacement part is the remainder of the limited warranty term applicable to the replaced part.
